Constable Bigwig's police station
The Police station is run by friendly Constable Bigwig. Everyone in Pipsville is so well-behaved Constable Bigwig spends most of his time helping Mayor Percy with floods and minor disasters.

Dr Shipshape's surgery
If anyone has hurt themselves or has a runny nose, it's off to see Dr Shipshape! A story featuring Dr Shipshape will appear in Volume 3 of The Pipsies.

The General Store
Mrs Dinglemeade runs the local shop. Peter and Polly are allowed to go on special occasions to buy some sweets.

The Church
Every Sunday the people of Pipsville run along to the local Church to sing along with Mrs Bentwood's famous organ music and listen to Vicar Brumble.

The School
The local school is very small with only two classrooms, but it is run very well by Mr Hoplop and Mrs Bentwood.
