Today we had a wonderful morning spent reading aloud to the kids at the Massey Library. Take a look at the photos here.

Thank you to everyone who contacted us about the Pipsies clothes. We are now following up several very interesting leads.

April 20
Book three is now under way. We expect to release Volume 2 in August of this year.
We are looking at launching a small clothing range for Christmas 2008. We are looking for someone to create these garments for us. If you would interested in helping us out, please email kay@earthwire.co.nz

We had a wonderful day launching our book at Lopdell House. Both author and illustrator were on hand to showcase The Pipsies volume 1. Illustrator Jonathon Rayner-Burt donned his story-reader hat and entertained a group of children and adults with a chapter from the book.

We are pleased to report that The Pipsies volume one has been dispatched to the printer for pre-press work, which means things are well underway and on track. We are also able to announce that the book launch will be held at Lopdell House in Titirangi, on Friday 11th of April. A time for this event will be confirmed closer to the time. The author and illustrator will be attending, reading from the book plus giving live demonstrations of the type of illustration used in the book.

The first series is almost completed. We are hopeful that the first book will be produced within the next couple of months. The second book is completed apart from illustrations and editing.
